In our European Style Bakery, we are trying to bring you back to the Old World.
We are still making our breads the traditional style, which means mostly with our own Sour Dough and very little yeast, if any. We do not use any preservatives or other food additives.
We even bake some of our breads from our traditional Wood Fire Oven.
We are Open 7 days a Week 10am to 5pm through the Summer Season. Winter Hours: Friday, Saturday and Sunday Only. 10am to 5 pm. See you soon! This site has a wonderful view of the surrounding Mountains and gorgeous evening sun.
